Indiana Healthcare Access Managers Association is the Indiana chapter to the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM). IHAMA is committed to promoting excellence in the management of patient access in healthcare delivery.
IHAMA also provides timely, meaningful, educative and interactive opportunities to meet the patient access challenges of today. Patient access services include:
- Revenue cycle activities such as registration, insurance verification, scheduling, patient financial counseling, point of service collections, bed management and guest relations.
- Responsible for patient privacy, identification and safety.
- Value and respect all persons who support the provision of healthcare services while empowering everyone to address the customers needs.
Quarterly meetings to keep you updated in the ever changing world of patient access.
